Do you offer express delivery?

Most of the time, if you see an express delivery option on checkout, then it is available, if not, then unfortnatley we are going through high volume season & delivery times are at 14 days only (does not apply to next day delivery category)

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Absolutely. Please contact our customer care team, and they'll assist you in rescheduling.

Can I store my order for a month?

Yes, we can store your order free of charge for the remainder of the same month of supposed delivery date. A storage fee of 2000 AED will per month after the same proposed month of delivery, we are also eligible to dispatch your order to another customer, you can notify Customer Care 14 days prior your ability to receive the order to re-prepare your order for delivery.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery across the UAE.

How long does delivery take?

If Express, Within 7 Days, Free Delivery takes 10 to 14 Days from the date of placing the order.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Yes, we deliver to all GCC countries within 25 days, shipping is insured against failed delivery, sometimes depending on custom clearance procedures, delays happen for an extra 7-10 days, making total delivery time 30-40 Days Total, any delays outside our control due to custom clearance procedure is unfrotunatley out of our control

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, please contact our customer care team, and they will assist you with an update and resolution.

Do you offer assembly services for the furniture?

Yes, all our prices include assembly and VAT.
